Data and purposes
The form requests name, telephone, mail, headquarters and, optionally, day preference. We use this data to respond, organize the visit and send a reception notice. It does not include a field for records, clinical photographs or symptoms; do not submit health data by this way. For minors, the application must be made by their adult representative.
Legal basis
The management of your request is based on the pre-contractual measures you request (Article 6.1.b GDPR). Security and prevention of abuse are based on the legitimate interest of maintaining the service (Article 6.1.f), with minimum data and time limits. Optional maps are loaded by your consent (Article 6.1.a), which you can withdraw. We do not use the request to send you advertising.
Guidance and security
The guidance selections are processed in your browser and are not sent to the clinic or saved. The citation system uses encrypted identifiers using an HMAC function from the IP and mail to limit shipments: the limits expire in an hour or a day. It does not retain the content of the form as a file in the database of this website; it refers it to the receiving mail. Hosting providers can keep technical security records.
Protection of forms with reCAPTCHA
To protect requests from automated shipments, we use Google reCAPTCHA v3 when attempting to send the form. Google receives technical information about the connection, browser and the interaction necessary to assess the risk. The server checks the result before submitting your request. We do not send to the verification API the name, phone or mail you write on the form. This control may prevent a shipment considered suspicious; you can contact the clinic by phone or mail. The service may involve international data treatments according to the conditions and guarantees of the provider.

Conservation
We keep correspondence for as long as it is necessary to manage the application and then for the time necessary to meet obligations or claims, with restricted access where appropriate. If a care relationship begins, the health treatment information is provided and its legal deadlines apply. Map preferences are remembered for up to six months; you can modify them before.
Addressees and external services
The request is obtained by the authorized persons of the clinic and the necessary suppliers of accommodation, mail and support acting according to their function and contract. We do not sell your data. There may be communications required by law. If you authorize maps or open links to Google or WhatsApp, those suppliers will process data according to their policies; there may be treatments outside the European Economic Area subject to the guarantees they indicate.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation and portability when applicable, and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of the previous treatment. Write us to the privacy email indicating what right you want to exercise. We will only ask for additional information to verify your identity when necessary and proportionate. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
